"This is a bad actor in a shady industry. They are using a series of unscrupulous schemes to deceive and abuse their customers. This includes manipulating their reviews, so don’t believe Google Reviews or their “guarantees.” There are hundreds of documented complaints against this company. Avoid them at all costs!"
"This is a con job. They put up a website pretending to be a concert venue, then sold me 4 tickets for $1260. I realized too late -- the actual venue charged just $705 for the same tickets. They don't even hold tickets -- I assume they just buy them from the vendor the way I wanted to, and pocket the $555 extra dollars. In fact, they're not even going to confirm they have the tickets for me until two days before the event. I immediately sent a cancellation, but they won't honor it. They instead asked if I wanted to use a "third party reseller agent", which appears to be the same company, to resell the tickets they haven't even bought for me, at a substantial loss. I can't imagine any situation where it would make sense to do business with these people -- they provide no additional value, just a scam to extract fees for a service that's worse in all ways than the venue's own."
"Concert I bought tickets for in Denver has been "postponed indefinitely" per Event Tickets Center. I bought the tickets 17 months ago. The same artist is playing at a different venue in Denver this weekend. All other ticket agencies have refunded everyone for the first venue but Event Tickets Center. They are even making money on selling tickets to the new venue but refuse to refund me my money. I have spent over 5 hours on the phone with this company multiple times only to get the same response. I will never buy tickets from this company again. I would suggest you stay away from them as well."
