"I ordered a few items from this site the amount is $187.04 in expedited shipment so I'll get my order faster but since last Aug 31,2013 up to now nothing arrive. They keep on giving so many tracking numbers and promised that it will come 3-5 days but nothing and when I checked with FedEx myself they said its invalid and they didn't forward anything to FedEx.. I'm really so disappointed with this site! Now I want my money back and I hope it wont take 1 month for refund! "

"As reported by other purchasers, my order for a phone (+ memory card) is stuck in 'Processing' status. This is despite the 2 items being shown as 'In Stock' and a note for the phone that says 'ships in 24 hours'. I submitted the order 8 days ago.

I raised a ticket in the Support Center 2 days ago and have heard nothing, even though the logo says 'We'll Respond Within 24 Hours'.

Needless to say the payment has already been taken.

I'm going to give them another couple of days and then open a dispute at PayPal.

This is really a very poor way for EverBuying.com to conduct business. I advise people to stay away until these problems are fixed.

Edit: After nearly 3 days, Customer Service replied saying the phone is not available and I need to choose a new one. I'm now trying to find out when it will be available and whether it is only the chosen colour that is unavailable. And the web site still shows it as 'In Stock'.

Edit2: Dear Maple, thanks for your reply. I noticed that the phone still shows as 'In Stock' on the web site, although the 'Ships in 24 hours' logo has been removed. In my opinion, EverBuying.com should clearly display when items are not in stock and should not take payment for out of stock items.

Edit3: I cancelled my order and received a prompt refund of my payment and a 6% discount on a future purchase. I am grateful for their action, although it does not excuse them from taking payment for an item that they didn't have and wasting 2 weeks of my time. They could have told me much earlier that the item was out of stock and would not be restocked for at least 2 weeks.

Well I was asked to write a review BEFORE i received any goods - be wary of this.
It's now been two months since I ordered goods, one a garden hose and an Andriod phone.

Where do I start?
First off phone sat in china customs for weeks and when I kept asking what's the status was told to be patient, Eventually found out customs were retrning phone to EB because it has a battery? So I said cancel order don't want it anymore, only to get an email 4 days later to say it's been reshipped. I said no cancel, so here we are 12 Nov 2013 and still no phone and they're saying you will have to pay shipping return. I say no it's your mistake but they don't listen.
The garden hose hasn't arrived and now they're only offering a refund of $6! I paid close to $10 how does that work?
Stay well clear, emails take ages to get a reply then they don't understand what you're tring to say.
