"Called customer service many times and never got an answer to my questions. Their answers sounded very generic and was honestly not very helpful. Asked the lady on customer service how long it would take to get my order processed and shipped out of the warehouse/factory and she could not give me an answer. Seeing as that was supposed to be customer service and she could not even give me a time frame, I feel very concerned about the status of my order. I had asked if I could up the shipping speed, because I need my order for a very special day, and she was not able to answer me. Seeing as customer service is not very helpful, I would recommend that you find new people to work in customer service with the answer to a customers questions."
