"Purchased a CHAOBO RSCW-9200 shaver from everbuying.com and after reading reviews thought a more thorough review would be more helpfull.

Pros:?
Does its job reasonably well providing you shave every day and make your first shaving strokes with the direction of growth of your stubble and then complete the shaving strokes against the direction of growth with the skin pulled. Very good value for money when you consider that a set of new blades and foils is included. This shaver is also quite light to use and the foil does not get hot like some electric foil shavers. When I received the shaver it had a broken foil cover which I managed to repair with superglue.

Cons:?
12 hour charge time is quite long and you could forget that you have put it on charge. The foil cover/protector is quite flimsy and of poor design.

Other Thoughts or Suggestions:
If you would like to have a stanby shaver or keep one in the car or office for an emergency, then this shaver would serve well.
