"Purchased a cell phone their NJY-9200. A short while after getting it stopped connecting to ATT and I was unable to ever get it to work again. Since it was still under their advertised 90 day satisfaction warranty I contacted Everbuying and was told the only thing they could do was give me a 60.00 credit toward the purchase of a new phone. I picked another phone as a replacement which was slightly higher in cost adv at 159.00 they said it would cost an additional 90.00 plus 1.99 if I wanted rush shipping. I sent the payment the same day but never saw the order placed or received the phone. Contacted them 2 weeks later and they told me the phone was backordered. I picked out 4 other phone of similar price range all showing they were in stock and when asking to substitute these was told they also were out of stock although their website showed them all available for immediate shipment. I contacted PayPal related my problem and PayPal put a hold on my 91.99 till Everbuying could show they actually shipped one of the phones I picked. With PayPal’s help I was at least able to get my additional 91.99 back but am still out 127.00 I paid for a worthless phone. If you buy from this site although their prices look good know you are buying from a company that does not honor its warranties and if something goes wrong you've lost your money with no recourse."
