"Do not buy from these people! They sell horrible products and do not have good customer service. We bought 2 tablets, one arrived broken. The other one quit working after a couple of weeks. We received a replacement for the initial broken one after having to pay $20 to send it back. The replacement one is now not working and they will not refund the money. They offer to fix them but why would I want to keep a tablet that has a 0% reliability record. Not to mention that I will have to pay yet again to have them sent back to be fixed. They did finally agree to refund our money if we return the tablets. This cost us another $35 out of pocket they would not even refund the full amount. RIP OFF!! AVOID Everbuying at all costs!! In the end they essentially stole $80 from us.

Thanks for your apology for what it is worth. It still does not give me back the $80 I have lost. Not to mention that these were Christmas presents for my children that they do not have.
Also, what good does a future consideration do me when I have no intention of ever buying anything from you again. I also plan to continue to spread the word of your horrible products and service. If you were truly sorry you would have refunded me the entire amount I paid for the faulty products and send me prepaid labels to return the products.
