"Poor quality and they do not respond to customer service requests. To return item you fill out a form to be contacted and they state they will respond within 24 hrs. I have sent two requests and no response after 10 days.
Update 4/8/13-Contrary to the response from everbuying.com, I have not received any response to my requests.
Update 4/9/13-still trying to resolve this order. Customer service finally responded but didnt read my email correctly and wants to issue a credit for an incorrect item not the three defective items.
Update 4/18/-3-finally received my credit yesterday for the defective product. Since my original review all but one of the items i purchased are no longer working and i have owned them less than 30 days.
I have never written an online review complaint before but this one is totally necessary. Product isnt worth the money, time or trouble. They also asked me to change my original review."
