Very good phone exceeding the price value compared to some other branded one. Touch sensitivity is good.Albeit over usage saps battery life, but the battery life is still ok

Need to upgrade the text message section, there is no way to create a folder to store important message. Also ability to assign tone to some contact

"EverBuying sends out incomplete and damaged items. Trying to get them replace was impossible. A complaint to Paypal was made. Everytime Everbuying contacted me they said I must withdraw paypal complaint before they would fix the problem. They offered me $5.00 refund on a !14.00 item. For a full refund you must return the item with a tracking number to confirm delivery. This would cost around $60.00 dollars. This group is a sham bussines."

After 3 month firs contact with support. They said wait and check local post...usual email. After 4 month in have contact support,answer: wait a litle longer please. I have contact our major post office to investigate where my package is. They have investigatet and they said your package has not arivet to Post of Slovenia. "I have ordered from this company a 4-band 2-SIM card cell phone (HiPhone) for $33. I have also paid $9 for shipping it to me by DHL.
Then I found this Web site with the reviews; most of them appear to be hardly credible, and the credible ones are raising grim expectations.
Luckily, things went rather well in my case. The package arrived in just five days and the phone appears to work well for me (I am going to use it for receiving SMS messages only).
The bad things:
1) the handset turned to be second-hand, with some scratches on the case; I wonder what defects could be inside if it had been returned by previous owner; no warning has been given by the seller that the phone was used;
2) the owner manual was missing.
Still the good thing is that customer support promptly responded to my inquiries and had sent me the owner manual in Chineese suggesting to use Google for translating it. So I am going to have some fun. :)
The bottom line: three stars; judging by other reviews, could be much worse.

"this site is totally scamming me. I ordered from them at the 16th of may... i waited aand expected to gett it by the 15 of jun like the site had said.
