"I have only finished one purchase with Everbuying but I am in the process of placing another order. So far with my experience with Everbuying has been a very mixed experience.

I ordered a variety of items including a few sets of watches, pins, jewellery and stuffed animals. I ordered a variety of items because I wanted to test out how well the shipping is and the quality of the items.

First off the shipping was very fast for coming such a long way. Usually orders would take a week longer than this one did. Although the order was packaged in just bubblewrap, it was packaged so that everything fit together nicely and I had nothing crushed. I didn't receive a tracking number for this parcel but I'm not one of those types that have to follow every movement of my parcels either, so it didn't matter to me.

Secondly, the items were of mixed quality. Some had the classic markings of "Cheap china made stuff" with misprintings and bad colorings, but for the most part most of the items were just like their pictures or even better. The watches were the best part of the order with surprising quality. The worst part was our hogwarts pins that were misspelt and had bad enamel on them. Otherwise other than questioning if the shipper was color-blind on some of my items (probably was just pulling items from a shipping bin and didn't really look at the items) I was satisfied.

Lastly, when I did open up a complaint with the company they got back to me in a timely matter and was able to resolve the issue promptly. They were FAIR to both of us.

Overall I am planning on using Everbuying in the future. I like that they reward people when they shop with them with points that act like cash towards the next order."

"I Purchased a car Black Box Recorder (DVR) from these thieves for a total of $97.00 AUD and waited 25 days for delivery...package postmarked 14 July (paid on 6th)Straight out of the box (which had no damage) it failed. Went for a minute, splutted on the screen and shut down.
I sent a polite email explaining the problem and that yes I had charged it before trying to use it. They emailed back saying that I should have it repaired locally and they might offer me a few bucks back (yeah right). I again emailed them asking for it to be exchanged (even volunteered to ship it at my expense). They failed to respond and now all I get is "Register a complaint AGAIN".
These people (whom I once believed to be fairly honest) are treating customers like rubbish. NO AFTER SALES SERVICE AT ALL. NO WARRANTY. NO RESPECT.
