"Update Jan 07 2016 - I don't know if my actions had an effect or not, but today, at last, a tablet arrived, and it appears to work okay this time. It has taken almost six months to get to this, which in my opinion is far, far too long. I could detail the conversations I've had with their support staff, but it would take pages. Suffice to say it's been surreal. I'd say "give me a refund"; they'd say "we did", but they didn't. I'd say "ship the tablet"; they'd say "can't do that, we gave you a refund" - shortly after I see from DHL that it's on its way. I don't know how large they are as an organization, but I suspect big enough that one hand is aware of the actions of the other.

Briefly, then, they DID eventually come through. If I was buying from them again - I won't be - I would pay only via PayPal, and would be prepared to dispute if something was amiss, and would NOT close the dispute prematurely. I would also urge anyone to post to ResellerRatings, to TrustPilot and to SiteJabber with your experience, good or bad, as there is no better way to share your thoughts with other prospective purchasers.

Crooks and liars. Bought a tablet in July 2015, arrived dead. Returned and asked for a refund. Finally, after a PayPal dispute, was given a store credit. Stupid me, I cancelled the PayPal dispute thinking I could just order something new. I didn't realize that you could only dispute a transaction once, and once closed you could not reopen it. Made an order on the store credit plus a little extra, but the order just sat as "Processing" and there was no response to emails. Launched another PayPal dispute, got the little extra refunded immediately. So now I'm stuck with store credit which they won't redeem, out $200 and mad as hell. They promise a refund but it never happens. Next they say they shipped on December 25th by DHL, but DHL says nothing has been shipped, So I'm posting here, on TrustPilot, on SiteJabber and all over their YouTube videos to warn people against them.I suggest you read some of the other reviews on here too, and determine for yourself if they're genuine reviews or not. The positive ones all read like the same author to me, very ESL..."
