"They informed they shippied to the shipping agent in shanghai, but NO delivery information at all. then later the shipping agent write back said they sent back the goods to everybuying because they can't ship the products with battery overseas. However, there is no tracking in the everbuying ,ajnd the everbuying told me the address agent sent back is not their address. but it's true the agent sent back the location where everbuying sent from!
i asked everubying to show me the receipt to prove their correct address, they never reply!

So my buying decision based on the shipping cost is out the window. Waiting to hear back after recreating the order (still showing free expedited shipping) and sending them pictures of my computer screen but not holding out much hope. So my advice, be careful, be very very careful. Note also that they use Paypal express checkout so there is no chance to review the final total or shipping method before going to Paypal and if using a currency other than US the conversion makes it even more confusing .

Edit December 10/15. Finally heard back from Everbuying support who offered DHL at no extra cost but tried to tell me that China Post would take the same amount of time in shipping and be less cost for import fees & tax. Strange reasoning considering that the order process says 7-25 days for mail but 3-7 days for expedited but at least I hopefully have a resolution on the shipping issue. Unfortunately when I first ordered it was "ship in 24 hours" but now the product shows "ship in 4-10 days" so the family Christmas present will probably become more of a Valentines gift. I will review this rating and update when the product is received.

After no progress from status of processing and ten calendar days of waiting I requested a refund expecting a hassle. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the fastest response to date - 5 hours - and an immediate full refund. I revise my star rating accordingly and hope my experience was just bad luck. "

"Disappointed with EverBuying order and still waiting for responding from support after open a ticket after 10 days (240 hrs) versus 24hrs.
Here is my issue:
Long waiting for shipping, it seems "normal" as to anyone NOT from China. Everyone should expect min a month for delivery
After a month of waiting, my order arrived as DOA (dead on arrived), open ticket, should get responding in 24 hrs, now is 10 days later .. still waiting for respond.
