"I ordered a small item on 12/29/2008. I received an initial email that stated I would receive tracking information when the item shipped in 1-3 days. I contacted them on 1/8/2009 since I had not received any shipping information. They responded fairly promptly. They told me my order had been shipped on 12/30/2008, and gave me a tracking number. The tracking information indicated the package had NOT actually been shipped. They said to wait 7-15 days.

It is now 1/20/2009, and the shipping information indicates that nothing has happened with my order. I sent them an email today telling them to cancel the order. They responded fairly quickly and apologized for losing the package. It will take 5 days to refund the money.

The customer service was quite good in that they responded quickly. Not so good in that they didnt actually resolve my problems.

I am not sure what happened to my package, but it clearly never made it anywhere - despite me contacting them.

The money was charged, and it will now take 5 days to go back to my card. They will have had the money for about a month, and I have no product to show for it. If this was a large order, I would be pretty angry.

Certainly not a store I would ever shop at again.
