"Don’t order from this site. Matt K the guy who runs the site is completely unprofessional and rude. My book was suppose to arrive on the 11th of July and it didn’t come at all but apparently (according to Matt) it was delivered and left on my door step in the 19th. Which is still 8 days late technically but like I said, never even seen this book. You can’t reach anyone on the number provided until you dispute the charges from not receiving the book. Not only did he request that I reverse my dispute, he also asked me to send the book I didn’t get back as well. So I pay you for nothing? Yeah, no. You already tried that by not delivering the book to me in the first place. And if I didn’t do that, he was going to report me to the DA for online fraud plus $480+ in fees. The book I was suppose to get is $60, where is he getting these extra fees from? I explained to him that I didn’t receive the book and he called me a liar and did a background check on me. Accusing me of being a liar and thief. I’m blown away that this guy thinks this is how you handle business and customer service. Definitely a scam, and if anyone should be reported to the DA, it’s him. This company is a joke and I wish Amazon had the textbook I needed available so I could’ve avoided this entire waste of time. "So I ordered from this site because I didn’t want to pay the price that my book cost from other sites. I never order text books from other sites besides Chegg or Amazon . I usually check reviews if I’m ordering from ANY website that I have no history with. I ended up not checking the reviews because I was in a hurry to order this book. So, I ordered and emailed them regarding a question i had about their stock. I received a response promptly. My book was supposed to arrive on 3/19/21 and I didn’t receive an email regarding the order being behind. So, I reached out to them. I received a tracking number and and a response it said my order should be arriving 3/20/21. In the meantime I decided to actually check the reviews on this website and OMG the reviews were horrible I was convinced after reading all the horrible reviews that I was just SCAMMED smh! So I’m so annoyed because not only did I possibly get scammed I have to call my bank, order the book from a different website, pay the more expensive price, AND fall even more behind on my assignments. So I ordered from Amazon the book I needed through prime on 3/19 and called my bank on 3/22 to dispute the charge. Oh! One more thing I left out, when I emailed them they told me that I should receive my book on that Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. or Monday. When I was tracking it, it did say it would arrive Monday night. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until 8. As I was on my way back home, I kept rechecking that tracking number and it wasn’t working it kept saying “in error try again later” and it never said delivered. So, I was fersure I was scammed. And when I got home and saw no book, that just sealed my assumptions enough for me. To wrap this up, I came home today and seen both my books from them and Amazon. SMH!!!! Lol so now I have to call my bank again and have them disregard that dispute charge call and return the Amazon book! Lol whoops my bad lol. Only gave them 4 starts because I did pay for the expedited shipping and I didn’t receive it within the time stated, but besides that , pretty good!"
"I ordered my book, received it in a reasonable amount of time. I try to purchase/rent books at least two weeks before class starts. I had my book for the start of my summer class. I used the book and when it came time to return the book (rental), I used the package it came in (keep the box nice when you receive and don't rip it all up), I printed the return package label from my account and dropped it off at the post office.
I dropped it off about the second or third day AFTER my due date. They charged me a $25 late fee. Everytext.com's late policy is clearly stated on their website. You have 3 days grace period and I believe I returned the book (returned to post office, which should have the postmark on it, indicating when I dropped it) within those three days. I'm not sure what happened after that, but Everytext.com claimed it took three weeks for the book to get to them. With everything going on with the US Post Office right now, the claim has merit. However, I wanted my $25 back! I wrote an email and got a response the next day. They said they will credit my account, and now I wait. I give them 4 stars now, but will upgrade once I get my money back!
Additionally they followed up to make sure I received my book, they sent multiple warnings when my book was about to be due, and customer service responded the next day to my "over charged" texts. If there are no problems with my refund, this company has done good by me."
"they lowball the price of a book rental and then they cancel the order. the guy called me up to tell me the book was going to take longer. i said, how could that be? i paid extra to get it quicker. i demanded he send it ups and the next day it says book is refunded. i havent seen a refund yet, but will be on the phone with the bank. i wrote them a letter telling them they didnt even have the common courtesy to notify me they cancelled my order. dont order anything from them. "
"Please please please, no one order from this website. I got scammed by these people. I paid for faster shipping which was not faster at all, but that is not the scam. They never sent me order confirmation until I called and asked. The tracking number that they gave me showed the book was delivered on time, but it was delivered across the state. I called customer service again and they said that the tracking numbers are usually wrong, and that I should give it to the end of the day to see if my book shows up. Two days later and it has not. I have since then tried to call over 10 times and they now will not answer. I have filed a compliant with the better business bureau and I encourage the rest of you to do the same. "
"They sent my book standard mail despite me paying for expedited shipping. Got my book half way into the class and had to pay for another one because I didn’t get it in time. I refused the shipment and had it returned to them after contacting them letting them know what happened and that I was sending the book back and that I wanted a full refund. This was well over a month ago. Despite my many complaints, they have not refunded my money. They say they haven’t gotten the book although they have a tracking number. I paid for the book before I got it..still waiting for my money back as they refuse to refund me the money. I will be complaining to the BBB! "
"I ordered the 13th edition of a book. It was in the description and the picture of the book. I received the book and it was the South Asia Edition of the book. It had a sticker that read "Ilegal to circulate outside south Asian countries". When I contacted their customer service, I received a snarky email reading "the ISBN number was different on the South Asia edition and that's the one I bought". There are two ISBN numbers on the description of the book and neither is identified as the Asian edition. They offered a refund if I returned it. Reading the other reviews...i have very little hope of actually receiving it."

I thought my book wouldn't come, but it was here within a week and I received a nice note stating from the seller that it was the teacher's edition, but it was the same book I needed. "I read the bad ratings on this site right after I purchased my rental book (best price online) so I was reluctant and worried that I would not receive my book on time for class to begin. Not only did I receive my book on time, but they gave me a fairly new one from another retailer to make sure I received it. Also, the book came to my home within 3 days which is much quicker than I expected! The customer service is prompt and all of my emails were answered when they said they would which was within 1-2 business days. I will order from everytext.com again and I'm glad I did not cancel my order.
Like the other review said, there was no tracking information or order number but I understand since this company orders from other companies to deliver what is promised. It's a small sacrifice to bring the best customer service in my opinion. "

My Experience: I ordered two books from them; 1. The Convergence of Race, Ethnicity, and Gender: Multiple Identities in Counseling (4th Edition)
2. Career Counseling: A Holistic Approach (9th Edition).
MY profile said "Shipped". Just one book was received, the first one. I contacted them and they replied me after a long time asking if i need another copy or a refund. I asked for another copy with a time frame or a refund if that time frame cannot be met. I haven't heard from them since then although sending out more than emails. Just had my class today without a book. I had to reorder from another vendor and paid extra for shipping to get it quick. No book, no refund, no replies. That is so rude. I work hard for my money, would not tolerate scam.. Even the book i received from them was all highlighted and old. I need my $53.14 refund...."
