I went to purchase a single copy of the DSM-5 for $52.70. I was then charged $67.80 three times over. Totaling $203.40.
When I contacted the company, it took 2 weeks for them to finally respond after 7 emails. To which I was told that I had made a mistake and there were no records of my purchase. I wrote back saying that I had bank statements that I could provide evidence for and they have now ceased responding. It has been over a month!"
"I ordered a textbook from everytext.com. I did not receive the book and when I asked for a refund the company has stopped responding to my emails. I have emailed them 5 times up till now. It has been a frustrating experience. Please do no order books from here. I did not get the book and lost my money too. "

I received message back from Sarah L advising they were sorry again and would issue me a refund. On Sept 19th I still had no refund or book so I emailed them once again and they replied "Hello Lashundra Harris, This account has been forwarded to our billing department. Rest assured, the refund will be taken care of, if it hasn't already. Let us know if you still don''t see your refund within 48 hours." As of today I still have not received a refund nor the book. BUYER BEWARE"
"I ordered two books off the website, the one arrived, but the other never did. They emailed me and told me they would overnight a replacement to me, which I also never received. Now that I am asking to cancel my order and have my money returned, they wont respond to my calls or emails. HORRIBLE COMPANY stealing from students."
"A few years ago, I ordered some books from them to drop ship to a customer of mine. The books seemed very low priced--in fact, quite underpriced. I bought them and had them shipped to different vendors. No one ever received any of the books I paid for. I tried contacting customer service of the vendor of the books and customer service for the website. Never got a single response. Complete rip off."
"I bought 7 books from them this past semester and received them all within a week in excellent condition. Their customer support was great and they have a good system where you can extend your rental per day. Definitely going back here next semester!"
"I rented a book from them last semester. They sent me an e-mail halfway through the rental period saying it needed to be returned. When I contacted them, they said it was a computer error. I still received e-mails from them. I once again called and they said the computer had a malfunction. At the end of the rental period, I returned the book and waited for the return confirmation e-mail. They told me I would be charged for not returning the book if they didn't have it in their warehouse in a few days. I tracked the package and they had it. It had been there for over a week. So I called them, they once again blamed it on a computer error. I wouldn't use them again, too much trouble."
