"I had moved and had a package from them delivered my new address. I placed a new order and keyed in my new address but they sent it to my old address. When trying to get it corrected, I was told that I keyed in my old address. Why would I do that? They charged me me 17.00 to pay the UPS a charge to change the address. I paid the bill but cancelled the order and had them send the order back to the company. The young lady I first talked to was pleasant enough but herr supervisor was awful. I will never do business with them again.

"After my recent online purchase with EK I felt a bit duped. Specifically, the promotional email I received gave the impression that all Fiestaware was on sale. Yet, the pieces I purchased apparently were not reduced in price, and none of the listed discount codes could be applied (i.e. accepted as valid) during the checkout process. I went ahead with the purchase anyway, but now avowed to be much more circumspect with EKs email marketing practices in the future.
Another minor disappointment is that EK provides no courtesy email, with tracking information, once your purchase has shipped.
Owing to the site's huge selection of quality products I'd still recommend it somewhat highly. Nonetheless, shop the web (of course!) before you buy!
