"I had moved and had a package from them delivered my new address. I placed a new order and keyed in my new address but they sent it to my old address. When trying to get it corrected, I was told that I keyed in my old address. Why would I do that? They charged me me 17.00 to pay the UPS a charge to change the address. I paid the bill but cancelled the order and had them send the order back to the company. The young lady I first talked to was pleasant enough but herr supervisor was awful. I will never do business with them again.

The filtering on the web site "Country of Manufacture" is an awesome feature. While I would prefer just "deselecting" China (checkbox), I'm okay with having to pick one. This allows me to start with my choice and then work my way down the list if I can't find what I want. The products came fast and as advertised. The only issue I had was too many marketing emails so I had to unsubscribe. I will be back to purchase more!"
