"I had moved and had a package from them delivered my new address. I placed a new order and keyed in my new address but they sent it to my old address. When trying to get it corrected, I was told that I keyed in my old address. Why would I do that? They charged me me 17.00 to pay the UPS a charge to change the address. I paid the bill but cancelled the order and had them send the order back to the company. The young lady I first talked to was pleasant enough but herr supervisor was awful. I will never do business with them again.

"2 disappointing issues:
First,LIMITED STOCKS? They only could give me 15 pcs of the item I was checking out making it appear as if they are sold out. Since I badly need those dessert bowls for Sept.11, I asked my friend who was beside me to purchase said item for me in her name and she successfully checked out. In short, they were available stocks. Why was I restricted to purchase only 15 pcs.?
2nd, Their website claims that they "SHIPS 1-3 DAYS" which I trusted. I need these items in 4 days for an event. I keep checking for status on their website and for a tracking number but it is still tagged as "AWAITING REVIEW". It is already the 5th day!
I need these items tomorrow. No updates nor emails from them to inform if there was a delay .

Of course, I was disappointed but more annoyed that I would have to repackage, make a trip to mail the broken pieces back and then wait until received before anyone ever discussed sending replacement items. I was wrong! The first thing Brent did was check to see if my broken items were still available & put in a replacement order. After that was handled, then he asked if I could take pictures of my broken items & shipping label and email them to him.
