“Hi Jacey, I'm sorry your package didn't get to you. We have created a claim with the USPS (claim #CA114148410) to find out why your package is being held. In the meantime, we shipped you another pair today (tracking #9400111899560803729051) with a prepaid return label for when the other package does arrive to you. We did ship your original order the same day you placed it, and typically packages get delivered in2-3 days. For whatever reason USPS has had an issue getting that package there and it wasn't intentional on our side.
