"No sign of my delivery close to 2 weeks after receiving the "priority 2-3 days" shipping label. I seriously thought this company is a scam and I got ripped off of more than $700. Evolve responded to my email saying they changed their shipping system and my package should be on its way but I still haven't received anything. Never going to shop at Evolve again."

Just so you know, we aren't actually a retail location, but if you are local you can always stop buy to pick up or return your orders.

"I was so excited to order a pair of tights, because I received an email for 50% off. I ordered them, and carried on with life. A few weeks later I checked my bank account and saw the charge went through and realized I never received a confirmation or shipping email and when I checked my account on the website, there was no record of my order, and yet I was charged. I contacted customer service and they have assured me it is on its way, but I have yet to receive it. I guess I will just sit and wait to see if it ever arrives.. (Coming up on 3 weeks since order was placed.) "

We are really sorry that you did not receive any confirmation or tracking information. It is possible since our system automatically generates those emails that some email servers recognize them as spam or junk. Also, it looks like that didn't show up in your account, as this order was placed as a "guest" rather than a logged in customer.
I tracked your order, and it does look like this is currently in a sorting facility in Canada, so I imagine you should be receiving that soon. Usually our orders to Canada move much more quickly than this, but we do note that it can take up to 3 weeks for International Customers to receive their orders.

"I have no complaint about the workout clothes I've purchased--great price and quality, good brands. However, delivery is quite slow and returns are even slower. It's mind-boggling that you can't manage any of the return process online; you must print a form and send it through the mail and wait until you hear from them--or don't, as in my case, I had to nudge them twice to track down the order.
Also, two items I ordered went out of stock. I am still waiting for one from my most recent order. I am unlikely to purchase from this retailer until they spiff up their act."

"I love these pants! I'm a size 6 in lulu and a medium in alo. I got a size medium in this style and they fit really well! When I walk they do tend to fall down a little bit, but I'm not sure if a size small would be a little to small. So overall I'm very happy with these leggings. I typically practice hot yoga, which I would not do in these just because I'd be worried that the scales would peel. But I'm very pleased with my purchase :)"
