"I ordered a few items a week ago, I paid extra for fast shipping. I received an email confirmation but never got a tracking number. Due to this I called customer service. They were really careless of my issue. They didn't have an answer for me. I am not sure when my items will be delivered. All I know is I am still waiting for them.
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! EVER AGAIN "

" I purchased a yoga towel for my husband on March 3rd and wasn't notified until March 9th that it was no longer in stock. Ok, no problem. I understand that mistakes happen and sometimes inventory can be incorrect. (Although, six days to figure it out was a bit lengthy and makes me wonder if they have a good handle of their business.) I requested a refund. Nothing happened after waiting a week, so on March 16th, again I requested a refund. I was notified that it had to be processed through their accounting department and would take 7-10 days. I finally received my refund on March 23rd, nearly 3 weeks after the initial purchase for an item that had never been in stock.
For those of you who aren't familiar with retail proceedures, please take it from me as an owner of an online web site for over 15 years, that is totally unacceptable. It should take no longer that 3-5 days for a credit to be processed once an inventory mistake has been recognized, an order has been cancelled, or a returned item has been received.
Apparently this company has difficulties with sending out their merchandise in a timely manner and refunding their customers. My advice to you is this: if you see something on their website that you love, try to buy it elsewhere if possible. Not worth the trouble of dealing with an irresponsible retailer."
