"After purchasing over $200 in items I had one return. A $20 doller item and they made pay for shipping! That's crazy. They get you to buy to get free shipping but it's only one way. Not good for business. And when I called and asked, they told me they have to do that bc they are a "small" company. Just excuses. No store does that. Everyone sends you a shipping label to return things for FREE.
My last time buying from this site. Is the principle more than the money.
