"After speaking with a customer service associate at least 4 times regarding the same gift card purchases and being promised a credit on two gift cards each of the times, I received a call back four days later stating there was a miscommunication on their end and they would not be able to return the second gift card. This was very inconvenient bc I had been promised by two separate associates that the returns of the gift cards had already been processed, which was a lie. The associates names were Hannah and Kyla, and while they were very friendly each time we spoke, they were very disorganized and displayed poor communication in regards to customer service. The proper way to have handled this situation would have been to have honored the commitment that was repeatedly made to the customer as it was a mistake on their part. "

“Hi Katie,
Im sorry but it is not standard to refund giftcards back to the credit card. We also can not refund giftcards that have already been used. You purchased 2 giftcards on accident and we refunded the giftcard that was not already used. We were happy to refund the credit card that the second order was purchased on, and apply it to the giftcard instead. Im sorry that our customer service reps didn't know how to respond with this information when you called in. It was a mis-communication on our part relaying the information that it had already been refunded (referring to the first giftcard).
