Who ever heard of a customer placing an order online, providing any and all information needed, only to have to speak to a representative, just to get your order shipped! It's ridiculous. Trying to call customer service is a mission in it's self and once you get through to them they are so rude."

Found this site through Google Product Search. It looked sketchy. The SSL certificate expired a little over 1 week ago. But I had dealt with sketchy importers before and found others to deliver despite the sketchiness and poor English. I thought maybe they were just a small business without the means to make a decent website. The price was good and they claimed to offer local pickup so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.
That was a mistake. Shortly after purchase I heard from my bank's fraud department. My card had been duplicated and was being used on the other side of the country. I searched online and apparently this is a common occurrence after shopping at Electroprise. It is ridiculous that this place is still online after so many years of fraud and abuse.
Note at that all the positive reviews found on any website are written in broken English. There is not one well-written positive review. This place does not deserve its 5/10 rating.

In addition to ExoticPhone.com (now defunct), the site "Best NY Depot" (bestnydepot.com) is also run by the same people. I found this from the mail headers from Electroprise communications:

"My experience with these guys was good. I deal with Neo, he is a gentleman. There was little issue with color of my phone. I wanted a black one but they had silver one. Wind up getting the silver one but they gave me extra discount. I got additional discount from the coupon they posted on one fo the coupon websites. I want to buy sony ericsson arc from them. "Purchased sony ericsson x10i. Price is good and shipping was pretty fast. I'm in New York so shipping was low for me. PHone is great and came with one year warranty from sony ericsson. "I attempted to order from this company on 11 Jan 11. They accepted my order and my payment on 11 Jan 11 and advertised shipping within 24-48 hours of payment. On 14 Jan 11 I inquired about the tracking number - nothing. After several emails and phone calls, they finally shipped "a" item on 18 Jan 11.
I received the item on 26 Jan 11 (they charged 3 times the actual shipping cost). I open the package and its the wrong phone. I ordered a HTC Desire HD and they shipped a HTC HD7. I notified them that they shipped the wrong phone to me and they stated that it is basically the same phone and everybody else that had ordered the Desire HD but received the HD7 was happy with what they got. Sorry to say but I am not everyone else and I prefer to receive the product that I order not something completely different and $50. less than what I paid.
I had a bad feeling about them; therefore, I notified my Credit Card company and placed a dispute against them. On 10 Feb 11, they (Neo) promised an immediate (11 Feb 11) refund if I dropped the dispute. I did as he asked and thought I would give it until 14 Feb 11 to show up - nothing. I called and they said they had not done anything yet because they were waiting on their merchant ... ???? ... they are the merchant. He again stated that the refund would show on my account within 12 hours maximum.
I checked again on 15 Feb 11 with my Credit Card company and nothing. I attempted to call, but the phone would only ring or I would be hung-up on. They do not answer any emails either.
The dispute is once again active with my Credit Card company and a complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau.
I cannot say if they are a scam outfit, but I can say they offer fraudulent advertising, perform bait and switch tactics, delayed and over-priced shipping, and a lack of integrity.
The one positive note is that Neo was courteous.
Beware of this company if dealing with them online."
