"Expansys uses Fedex SmartPost for delivery instead of UPS or other service which cares about timeliness. Don't expect to receive your purchases quickly. I ordered 6 days ago and still have not received mine. Tracking indicates it will arrive 7/14, for an unacceptably long 9 day trip from the midwest to the east coast. Curiously, transit for the package started with the package going west bound, the wrong direction. I ordered from a rival merchant the same day and am currently enjoying that equipment. Expansys needs to fix their shipping process. All else is good."

I am not dissatisfied. I got what I paid for, and was well informed of progress of my order. I will mostly likely be back. I will hope for better shipment and delivery next time.
The details:
Order placed at 1:57 EDT on July 2nd. Web site said all orders placed by 3:00PM CDT would be shipped the same day. However, this was not the case. Received order confirmation the same day, but order was not shipped until July 3rd. With the July 4th Holiday this further delayed my order.
Order was finally received today, July 9th, 7 days after the order was placed. The delay cost me a weekend of flying my AR.Drone 2 while waiting for the repair parts. Hopefully next time the same day ship target will be met. I feel that had the order shipped the same day, I would have had parts on Saturday even with the Holiday.

"Sent the following customer complaint to Expansys USA on Sat. It's now the evening of Mon July 9, 2012 and there's been zero response and zero shipment. FedEx suggested that I call the USPS to locate my package! You can decide for yourself if you wish to experience the same aggravation:
I placed the above-referenced order in my first-ever use of your website on 6-28-12. Your website claims typically three to seven days delivery. My acknowledgement that I received from you redirected me to the FedEx tracking site, which stated that the expected delivery date would be July 7th, today. FedEx has since changed the estimated delivery date to July 9th. A full TEN days from the original shipment date. I'm hoping you're not expected to pay FedEx for this inefficiency. And if this is the type of apathy you can expect from FedEx handling your customers' orders, you might consider relying on the USPS from here on. In the four days that FedEx held my order in the Mid-West, I might have already received it on the West Coast had you used the Pony Express. In the event that you're unable to extend some form of satisfactory compensation, then I'm certain you'd understand that I might refrain from placing future orders with your firm. I understand that these circumstances are primarily out of your direct control. You are free to forward this message and share my dissatisfaction with the folks at FedEx.
The reason I'd not chosen the latest greatest tech gadget on your site is because I've more time than I've money. I'm also as acquainted as you are with the fact that electronics have ever-decreasing service lives and the days preceding their respective obsolescence are precious. Being my first Android phone purchase, I've grown impatient about getting my hands on it.
