I placed an order for a phone(08/03/12) and paid 27$ for next day business shipping after being advised to do so by a REP before 3pm EST.
Upon receiving my email confirmation, I was horrified to see standard shipping.
I emailed customers service to rectify the situation but got a nonchanlant reply from Miss Stephanie who insisted that I had paid $9.00 for standard shipping.
My invoice and bank account beg to differ.
I am never shopping on this website again.....
Should have followed my Instincts....

Typically, my online purchase is always involved with Amazon and I am not sure what to expect when making this purchase through Expansys. I will come back to purchase their product in the future especially with Amazon begin charging a sale tax on their transaction in TX. "
" I placed an order with expansys on july 18th.
at that time your website stated that my order was in stock and expected to ship in 4 days. i recieved an email link to check status.
i cheched the link on the 24th. it showed my processing complete and my order waiting to ship. on the 25th it showed the same message so i sent an email requesting updated shipping info, to the custoner service/order info link in your original email.
TO THIS DAY I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A RESPONSE TO THAT EMAIL.
On the 26th i tried to call 3 different times and was left on an automated music /hold system for approximately 15 minutes each time. On the 27th i called and was able to speak with a girl in customer service. I asked her when my order would ship. I was told that expansys had just recieved a large order from sony that day and my order was in it and would ship that day. At this point became frustrated and asked why the website and emails said the parts were in stock yet she is telling me they just came in tody. there was a very long pause and no answer to my question. she then assured me they would ship that day. I did not recieve an email updating shipping and my original email still showed the same status, awating shipping. So on july 30th i called again. this time i got lucky and the phone was picked up on the 2nd ring. thats where my luck ended. once again i spoke with the same girl from the 27th. i again asked when my order was scheduled to ship and was told that it would ship today. I stated that this is the exact thing she told me on the 27th. Once again i was greeted with a longe silent pause. At this point i lost all confidence in your business delivering as promised and told her to cancle my order.
she made no effort to apologise. no effort to try to rectify the situation and 10 minutes later i recieved an email confirming the cancelation. its amazing you can get my order canceled that quick but inthe past 12 days you have accomplished absolutely nothing as far as shipping my order.
I contacted you via facebook to complain and again there was no response yet i did see that you read my post 2 hours after i sent it.
I am disgusted at how you can just blow off customers as if they dont even matter. I guess i just didn't spend enough for you to see any value in having me as a customer. i won't ever purchase from you again and will make a point to to get the word out on how you treat your customers. "

"I was not happy with the order being placed on backorder, but the item was sent as soon as inventory arrived. Even though I used USPS for shipping, it arrived very fast.
Inquiries made to customer service were also responded to in a prompt fashion.
