"By far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Here is my story, I ordered a Lumia 800 case (model number CC-3037 - white version). When I had ordered it, the item said it was in stock. Then all of sudden I get a response telling me that the item was awaiting restock and it would take 5-10 days for the item to come in. So, 5-10 days pass, no word as to where or how far along my shipment is. So I look around and notice that the black version is in stock, so I call in and am put on hold for 2+ hours and then they just decided to hang up on me. I'm like, okay, that's fine, they must be busy. So I shoot out an email and I get no response as to whether they changed it or not. I check my order confirmation again, lo and behold, they changed it. However, I look closer and the model number they had changed it to was CC-3032...now I am just getting annoyed. 3 days before the item is shipped out, I try calling and emailing them again and again, no response. 3 days later, the item has shipped out, and they finally email me back telling me that they are "sorry" for the inconvenience of shipping the wrong item. I email them back asking for them to just ship out the correct order because I don't want to deal with the RMA process. I get kind "apology" from a sales rep, and that's it. I will never deal/recommend/order from this company again. This has just been a terrible ordeal and I have received zero to no help from anyone after trying to contact them so many times."
