Ordered at the "5 in stock" level, feared it may be out of stock already and the website hadn't updated. Expansys immediately sent out order acknowledgement email, then sent another follow-up email with FedEx tracking information when the product shipped. Product was received on time and was exactly as described ("New in Box"). Haven't had to reach out to customer service, so can't comment on customer service experience."

Placed my order online for a Samsung Galaxy Note on Thursday night, after working hours, and in Friday morning, less than 2 hours after working hours started, my package was already out for shipping! Just a few days later with fedex my phone was shipped, not even a dent on the corner of the cardboard box.
So what do we have:
