"i have had nothing but trouble, and have still not been successful in ordering the phone. i ordered from their american website, to be delivered to israel. first, i got an email saying i couldn't use my american credit card. after some back and forth i found out that the only american credit card they take is american expresss. why that wasn't clearly written on the website, i have no idea. then i reordered it on my american express. i received 2 emails in connection with this order: one says that they want to charge me more for shipping than the price given on their website, even though their website clearly stated a price for shipping to the middle east. the 2nd email requested proof that i actually live where i say i live. but the american express card that i used to purchase the phone has both my billing address and my delivery address as the same address that i indicated on my order. who ever heard of ordering something by credit card and then having to suppy additional proof as to where you live. additionally it's immposible to supply them with this proof, because all official documents showing my address in Israel that they requested (driver's license, utility bill) are written in hebrew. and i cannot even reach them by phone. the US number says "mailbox full.""
