"I'm giving them one star, even though they do not deserve even that. I ordered a Otterbox defender series on pink from them on December 27th, the same day, i received a letter stating my order has been acknowledge but was being processed. On the January 5th i checked my order and it still had not shipped, I called and they stated that it was not in stock and would come in on the 9th. On the 12th I called again, and they told me that the shipment had been pushed back another week.

Their shipping policy is 8-14 days, so even if i allowed it so slide, it would have been OVER one month since i placed the order.

I received no notice that it would be delayed, not update nothing. I was on hold for over 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone. Needless to say my order was cancelled. "
