"Excellent speedy service and shipping. Great selection of products. "
"The site is great and straight forward, nice navigable experience. I'd like to be offered to log in before checking out items though. Often I'll have to go back and log in, and even then all my billing/shipping data doesnt get auto-populated. In the past month I bought 3 unlocked HTC Titan phones from you and they didnt all show up in my account or get associated with my email's order history. Also I work at Microsoft which also gets a corporate discount -I'd probably buy more stuff if there was a way to get that applied on the site during checkout."
"Just purchased a MyTouch 3G phone for my girlfriend, we spent the most part of teweekend trying to figure out how all the apps work and what all is availible on the phone. she absolutely loves te New technology of the Mytouch Droid 3G phone. Thanks Expansys-USA I will definately be returning back to purchase my next Phone from you! "
"I bought a USB drive last week, and received two days later. It is an excellent experience."
"E-mailed a question pertaining a possible order and somebody replied back to me fairly quickly. I then ordered the Galaxy Nexus from them because of his quick response to me. Shipping was superb too! extra fast"
"My All-in-one laptop charger which I purchased from Expansys, came in extra early, and nicely packaged. I would highly recommend them as a store. I am very cautious when purchasing products online, and saw the deal on dealnews and bensbargains, and so I decided to take a chance on this store. I was happily rewarded for taking action. =)"
"I ordered my Samsung Galaxy Nexus from them. I had never tried to get an imported phone before. Their web site identified it as a pentaband phone which worked with AT&T and T-Mobile. They also identified their support for the 2 year warranty, once the 15 day return period expired.
Their delivery process also was in a crunch with this phone since it was new and very popular. It is the first HD screen phone. So they were behind and people on the XDA forums were getting real upset.
So their general manager, Corey L, registered on the XDA forum, and explained what was happening and when new shipments were arriving, and when they were held up (to Expansys) and why. She also took order number PMs from individuals who wanted to know about their orders, checked and responded within minutes to provide a PM answer, This manager also provided free next day delivery at Expansys expense for people who had delayed deliveries.
Such service is unheard of (by me anyway). Expansys is a GREAT company to deal with."
"Excellent cell phone, fast shipping. It will be even better if there is a bundle of peripherals like SD card."
"Very fast shipping. Great Price!"
"I bought a Galaxy Nexus, and this was the first time I purchased something from eXpansys-usa.
the experience was incredible! they were really professionals, and I'm amazed! I was on a forum for guys that bought the same phone from eXpansys-usa as well... it was full of geeks and nerds just as me hehe and I started reading that some bloggers where getting worried and started cancelling their orders.
I emailed Corey Leach (since he was my customer support contact) and gave him the URL of the forum and let him know what was happening... a couple of hours later he created an account at that forum, and start giving us live info of our purchase! that was so cool, he saved lots of sales and a growing geek rage lol.
Thanks Corey, I'll definitively will buy again at eXpansys-USA. "
"I've had more luck with Expansys in the past. Now I'm waiting on a back order, and was told it would have shipped already. I guess there's not much to be done about that. Other than that, I can't really complain. Faster shipping would be nice, especially considering the back order issue."
"No hassles, emailed updates and fast shipping. Total pros!"
"I ordered a product when the site claimed they had about 70 in stock and guaranteed that they would ship it that day if I ordered by 3:00pm. I just missed that window, which I assumed meant it would ship first thing the next day. I was curious how fast the device would sell out, so I kept an eye on the page and watched the number of devices in stock shrink to 0 over about 30 minutes.
My device wasn't shipped the next day, and when I called, I was told that the device was sold out, and they should have more in a few days. I said, "I know it's sold out; I'm part of the reason why: I bought one while you had them in stock." I was told, "Well, we had a flood of orders and they sold out fast." Again, "I know. According to your site, I bought one of the ones you had while they were in stock; I'm part of the reason you're sold out." He just didn't get it and kept saying that they were sold out and they'd have more in a few days.
The entire point of saying how many items you have in stock and guaranteeing shipping time is so that people know whether they are buying one that is ready to ship. This is 2011, folks -- you can't claim to have it in stock all the way through the checkout process and then turn around and pretend that's meaningless, that you'll ship whenever you feel like it and the customer shouldn't care whether an item is really in stock or not."
"I absolutely love my Galaxy Nexus. Thank you, Expansys-USA, for sating my hunger for the latest Nexus phone when no one else could! I'm particularly grateful that they processed my order during the Thanksgiving weekend. Will definitely come back if the next Nexus phone isn't immediately available for purchase in the USA."
"Great and easy to use. I was able to get a Nexus Galaxy Prime (unlocked) before most folks. It was delivered on time and am loving it!"
