The package was in good condition when I received it and they gave me the US AC adapter with the phone. I have found a new vendor for phone shopping!"

"I ordered a cell phone accessory from Expansys-USA. It was shipped very quickly, in appropriate packaging and arrived well. However, it did not work as advertised, so I attempted to return it. After several failed emails, I finally tried to call Expansys to gain return authorization (something that is required to return a product to them) and waited on hold for nearly 2 hours before finally giving up. I quickly received an email and follow up phone call from a Manager who credited my account the entire purchase price and did not require me to return the defective item. It turns out that their customer service agents were tied up with calls because they had released a new cell phone and were the only store to carry it. Although I was initially frustrated with the customer service, this manager did a fantastic job of changing my experience. The way that this was handled made me very confident to shop with Expansys in the future."

"Expansys failed miserably with something very basic: credit card verification and customer service. They insisted that I add my shipping address with my C/C company or to ship my order to my billing address (a PO Box). Needless to say I did not want to furher waste my time as their incompetency with handling C/C should not become my burden. There is a great service by Visa called Verified by Visa to avoid these issues. Their customer service is also not existent. They never replied to my email and they simply cancel my order waisting a lot of my time. No reason to buy from this small underdog when there are much better players like Amazon that provide a much better service. "

The order which i put was done with a costumer service person named Eric. Eric told me that the spot mobile sim cards which i purchased should work with no problem with my Nokia e71x mobile.
I bought the sim cards, completely trusting Eric and when i got them and tried activating them the phone showed that they are invalid. I spent 3 hours with AT&T and with Spot Mobile and both companies told me the same thing: the phone should be unlocked!
I called you guys back and after 25 minutes of holding, Eric answered. I told him that HE was the one telling me that everything should be ok and i should not have done anything to the phone and now he said: "no, the phone should be unlocked". when i told him that he told me that the phone shouldn't be special or something to use these sim cards and that i bought these sim cards trusting HIM, he said that he has nothing to do.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said that the supervisor is away from his desk. I asked him to transfer me anyway and when he did i got a note saying that the supervisor is on the phone. Not only that he misled me once about the sim cards, but he also did about the supervisor.
Dear Expansys-USA: I am a new customer and unless something will be done in order to fix my experience, i will make sure that it will mine, my friends, my family and everything who i can pretty much reach at, last experience. I am more than waiting to talk to one of your customer service people in order to fix this issue.
