"Customer service is very good. I am not pleased right now though. We were told our order would have been send to our local post office around 5/12 and we have not received our copy of the post card, nor has a current member that lives within our radius. In addition, we have received no calls or inquiries on our summer special which is not right for almost 1,600 records. Something is not right as it is 5/25."

"Love the product! The only thing that is frustrating is that I like to work on the front side of several postcards before choosing a back and proceeding to order. I wish that the design features were completely separate from the front side of a card and the back side of a card, letting me complete a design that would stay in "My designs" as an option for ordering. Also would love some different size templates that are design free which would allow some more creativity within the advanced editor without having to worry about getting all the dimensions, bleed lines, etc. right."
