"I placed 2 orders last week using one of your templates and realized that a preprinted template had a typo that was not their originally prior to me approving it to be shipped out. I contacted you on Monday, requesting it to be sent out again correctly and was told that someone would contact me to resolve the issue. To date, I have not gotten a response. I am a repeat customer and find it very dissatisfying that I have yet to receive a return phone call to resolve this issue."
