"Pros: Mailing and proofing process was easy, and customer service response is very quick.

Cons: I was not completely satisfied with the quality of lamination, which you can't check for b/c they don't laminate proofs. There was peeling on entire edges of several postcards I received or was able to see sent to others. While there is expected wear and tear going through the mail sorting process, this seemed more like a defect in the lamination process than something the post office did. Also, we used a solid, dark blue for the background of the postcard and it wasn't as clean of a print as I would have wanted - it looked splotchy in some lights. That being said, we still went through with the order after seeing that."
