"My complaint is not about this mailing noted below but about a general complaint .We love using your service however the one thing we would change is when we are doing a mailing in a new area, we cannot get a list of the streets that will be included in your mailing. I called once to question this and was told you could not provide me with a list until I purchased the mailing. When I received the list after completing the demographics the list did not include but one of the homes immediately surrounding the home even though they were all built at the same time and had about the same value.
