I went through two chat sessions (slightly over an hour of my time) which were both useless, although the agents were professional and polite. On the phone, I was able to get an email sent, that had all my prior purchases in it, so at least I had a good record of what frames and prescriptions I have used. My tier was also reset back to zilch.

Was trying to purchase RX sunglasses for my partner and every time we found a pair that they liked and put in his prescription we were met with an error message that required me to phone your call center. That sucked and was really discouraging. I feel like if after entering in and adding your RX to your account you should be able to use that prescription to search for frames and lenses that would fit your prescription!
