"I bought some glasses from them, when I received them they didn't seem quite right so I took them to a local optometrist and was told that it was the wrong prescirption. Thus, I sent them back and when I received no response I tried emailing several times. I also called twice but was only able to leave a message to which I also received no response. There are possibly two reasons why this occurred, one being that I had a friend send them and he did not send them using a postal method that had a tracking number. It states in their return policy that you need to do that. Still, I strongly doubt that they did not receive the glasses as I have sent and received roughly 500 items through ebay and only once has an item been lost in the mail. If this was the reason they did not respond it is a technicality. The other possible reason is that the glasses didn't reach them within their prescribed item return timeframe. If this is the case it essentially means that customers outside of the USA can not return items unless they send them back via an expensive express method.
Either way, I was not at all happy with not receiving any response. I received an item that was not up to scratch and this was due to their incompetence. The lenses were wrong, in returning them and not getting any reponse I also lost the frames which had I known this I could have at least kept and bought new lenses for them. Overall it was very frustrating and I am down $200 for it."
