"Advertised same day shipping on all orders over $50 and placed before 4 p.m. eastern. I placed my order on a Saturday and it was well over $50, my ordered didn't ship till Tuesday night. So definantly not same day shipping. And either no one who ordered Monday got their advertised same day shipping OR they pushed my orders priority way back and filled orders they took Monday, which seems much more likely. Also didn't include one of the items that was suppose to come with my order and showed up on my packing slip. I called and they said it was out of stock but on the way, I still have yet to recieve it. Their phone customer support was professional, but their apologies don't erase the bad experience."
