"Still waiting for product sorry .received receipt of postman today for package to collect from post office and pay £11.19 in order to re eive parcel .not really happy to be paying again .customs postal charges .also glass bowl ordered is different to one thought was getting and is very bad fit and keeps falling out .pipe seems ok though .
