"Do not purchase from this site. Shipping took over a month. Tracking codes were inaccurate. Then, the items finally arrived and they were the absolute worst. Poor quality. The Sweatshirt was flimsy and the printing was unprofessional. Not something you could even wear. The F1Black t-shirt was literally see through. The actual items are ABSOLUTELY NOTHING at all like the pictures of the items on the site. Completely and totally inaccurate. Shipping, poor quality and extremely overpriced for what was received. I will never purchase anything from them again. Avoid the disappointment and headache and do not purchase anything from this site."
"The company made a gross mistake by passing on my address to the carrier who is unable to deliver the product.
The company refuses to return the amount paid and keeps asking me to remain in the expectation of receiving the product, as the delivery company itself informs that it is not possible to deliver, as it has an error informed by the supplier company.

I don't know why was returned. They say that the address was incomplete. I give them, again, the complete address. As they are unable to offer a replacement product due to no stock available, they refund me the product but I still had to pay the shipping costs.
So, I payed the shipping cost for their incompetence."
"I managed to *request* a cancellation today, after waiting for more than two months for an item to be shipped. Not delivered, just shipped. (I say "request", because even that hasn't been confirmed yet)
After first trying to convince me that the order was always only going to be shipped on 31 October, they then pivoted to blaming "world conditions" for delays. Apparently, they haven't shipped any Maclaren item out in the past 2 months. Help staff was completely unhelpful and cavalier about it, clearly not fazed by the situation and completely unwilling to take any responsibility for it.
Moral of the story: if you order something, you'll either not get it at all, or you'll wait 4+ months (or whenever they damned well feel like buying stock)"

"It has been 3.5 months. I have not received any of the 5 items I originally ordered. After 2.5 months of hearing nothing I removed one of the items because it was on backorder for another 2 months, and 3 of the 4 remaining items were in stock with the final item estimated to arrive in a couple weeks so I said fine I can wait a little longer. 4 weeks later I have still heard nothing so I reach out to them AGAIN and now they say 3 OF MY 4 ITEMS ARE BACK OUT OF STOCK. Because they won't send my any of my items until ALL OF THEM are in stock AT THE SAME TIME, my $600 order is just never going to be filled. This is the dumbest system I have ever heard of, split the f****** orders and send items when they come in stock, don't make your customers wait MONTHS for an order just because they bought popular items and you don't know how to get enough stock. I don't know what I'm going to do at this point, I'm probably just going to cancel it. I'm so tired of dealing with these people."
"Ordered item in June, in good time for BRITISH Grand Prix. Estimated date was 3rd July. On the day nothing arrived. Checked the order again and miraculously the delivery date had changed to 13th July. No email explanation. 13th July arrived and no delivery and no email explanation. I called the help line and was told it would be 20th August. A month after the British Grand Prix. On the plus side, they were super quick to provide a refund - I guess they’ve had plenty of practice.
I ordered from Teamzo in the end. 24 hour delivery. I have it already!
