"I have ordered twice from this site and BOTH times all of my items have been ‘delayed’. The most recent time I ordered I spent a big chunk of money and it has been almost four months and still no delivery. Mind you, these items I ordered were a presale and all were estimated to arrive a month later. I contacted customer service and they tell me “no we can’t give you a refund”. LOL! Wtf?!?? I have never waited this long for a shipment from any other site and at least they reach out to me to tell me if there will be a delay. All of the contacting that was done was done by me. They will literally take your money and give every excuse they can as to why they can’t give you a refund. DO NOT shop here. EVER. They are horrible and only want your money "

"Items didn't ship and customer service was horrendous. I had to reach out to the F1 store multiple times to understand why I didn't get my items. They offered a partial refund on some items. When I did receive other items, it was so far after the event for which I ordered them that I requested a return. They offered a return but required a $20 return fee because they claimed the reason for return was not their fault. I strongly recommend not shopping with this store."
"I ordered £40 of goods in in November, and was given a delivery date of 3rd Dec. Then it was 'end of January', but nothing. Needless to say the money has gone out of my account.
On checking 'My Account' on their website it now tells me that I have no outstanding orders!
I have emailed countless times and have had no replies.
Given all the experiences which others have had, I can only conclude that this business is a fraudulent scam which preys on the enthusiasm of genuine F1 fans"
"I cancelled the order, they still shipped the order, charged my cc, and customer service representative, Aurelian Bourguignon, promised me to refund the money for shipping the item back, I have an email from her, and now she is saying, she is that returning the item will be at my own cost. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I wish I had know. "

"i ordered over 5 months ago, sent multiple mails and the reply is always the same "we'll check with the courier and get back to you" and never got back, item was supposed to get here within 15 working days, when 15 days passed i contacted them , their excuse was that it's an international order so it's gonna take 30 days, it's been 5 months, if the guy was walking to my house to deliver the package he would've got here.

It has been over 2 months! thats a lot longer than 28 days! I have had numerous packages from the UK and China come all within 7-10 days of ordering.

"I already contacted my bank to ask you for a refund and sent a report to the European Consumer Center for online fraud.
I sent multiple cancellation emails due to more than 30 days delay (today being the 39th day).
They obviously don't know the law and they ask me to contact the postal service, even though the delivery is 100% their responsibility. By the way, no delivery service is closed. They are just thieves. "
"1. Item was to be delivered within 14 working days, never arrived. No tracking/info. When asked what happened - no answer, only copy/paste email content.
2. F1 store not willing to get items delivered/sold. Seem to be more interested in refund after 1 months of purchase
3. After 1 month of waiting, they tried to blame the address being wron. I proved it was correct. They offered to send item again but 14 working days delivery. When asked for express delivery as this was not my fault- they ignored my with copy/paste standard content not related to my query.
4. Asked multiple times if I wanted to cancel order and refund. I said NO (again)- kids are waiting for these items.
5. After more than a month of waiting, they informed me items are no longer available in their store. Refund.
6. Requested contact details to send complaint. No respond.
7. Every email from customer service comes from different person. No case-assignment to keep continuity. Plenty of 'F1 fanatics' involved in this crime.
8. Looks like simple way of borrowing small sum ie 50USD from thousands of people. Perhaps its a good business, 0% interest loan?
THIS IS THE ONLY STORE IN THE WORLD THAT DON'T WANT TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS.
PS. It was my second attempt to buy something from F1 Store. They failed 2 both times.
Absolute waste of time. Shame, because I love F1 and would love to have more F1 items. Better to buy it during the race... (+50% of a price ;) )

"After the order was placed, we never received a confirmation email. Even after countless emails, they never sent one. Finally they responded telling me that my order had been dispatched with DHL, but gave me no tracking number. After I kept asking for a tracking number they then told me my order was dispatched with hermes. Again no tracking number. I then recieved another email that admitted they were incorrect on dhl and hermes and that my order had shipped with a non trackable shipper.
I understand that international orders take some time but I also want to know when my item will get here so I can arrange for someone to be home to receive the item. They lied to me 2x and never answered any of the questions I had about my order. I finally received my package today and it's missing one of the items that was promised during the black friday sale. But at this point I don't care about trying to get it.
Will never buy from this site ever again."
