"I ordered parts, - I saw from confirmation they used USPS (cheapest) BUT DID NOT CHECK OR HACE SOFTWARE TO CHECK IT WOULD BE UNDELIVERABLE. I emailed them immediately, but they shipped it anyway. I received an email stating that it was MY problem and I could WAIT until it "WASN'T DELIVERED" (how long is that-infinity?) Then get a refund or reorder, so basically they screw up, car left broken and it's the customer's fault. I called and it got worse 25 mins on hold- then a rude frat answers, doubles down that it great customer service that i suffer for THEIR MISTAKE. Kept repeating over and over that it was scheduled for delivery... mentally impaired I think- because ITS UNDELIVERABLE BY USPS by any low budget shipping software. 22 years in luxury auto - THIS IS THE RUDEST MOST UNHELPFUL GROUP IVE SPOKEN TO. I said on the phone - any normal company would be embarrassed and send the correct parts with a VALID SHIPPER immediately and apologize for the inconvenience. NOT FCP EURO- they ignored me, kept repeating their garbage and had no instinct of service or help. They had bad attitudes and it was disgusting. It was like calling a frat-house of bully's that took your parts money, put your parts in limbo, then blamed you and acted like YOU did something wrong. For about $150 in wheel sensors- I hope it was worth it. "
"Warranty is a total SCAM, they will not give you a replacement, they want you to buy same part and then you give you a store credit, they don’t refund to Credit Card, pretty much they are forcing you to buy more part in their website. "I've ordered a handful of items from FCP Euro over the past year...my most recent order never arrived. A completely different order (someone else's) arrived at my house. I was quick to reach out to FCP regarding the mix up and, three days later, have been advised I need to return the wrong order before they will refund my order, that never arrived. Basically, FCP made a mistake and, not only have they not apologized for their error but are now holding me responsible for resolving the matter. Never mind that I never got the parts I needed but now they are keeping my money until I fix their mistake. I have no issue with returning what they sent to me but this backwards methodology they are presenting is both wrong and, at least in my state, not legal.

"Tried placing an order, they took payment then next day they cancelled it claiming fraud issues because my delivery address isn't the same as billing address (which is fair). I offered to do additional verification. Multiple emails and no response (even though they say they will answer same business day), been days and nothing.
I spoke to the live chat agent who said to try Paypal. When I go to the checkout to make payment, it shows an error and keeps refreshing the page making it impossible to place it. I tried all browsers and devices. Same thing. He said there's nothing they can do to help me. I said it's an error on their website, they said it's working fine.
No solution. I'm surprised the review badges on their site are misleading and don't match the reviews here."

"I made a purchase on their website on November 2nd, selecting overnight 1-business-day shipping for a fee of over $33, aiming for delivery on November 3rd. However, I only received a shipment notification from UPS on November 3rd, the day it was supposed to arrive. To my disappointment, there was no estimated delivery date, not even for November 4th. I reached out to FCP customer service that same day, speaking with two different representatives. Despite my repeated insistence that the package should have arrived by November 3rd, they failed to apologize for the mistake. Instead, they informed me that I needed to wait until November 6th for the package to be delivered, disregarding the urgency of my shipment. Even though I paid for one-business-day shipping, the package hadn't arrived as per their estimated delivery date. Rather than offering to send a replacement with next-day delivery for Saturday, they insisted I wait. This has been a disappointing experience, as they didn't even offer a credit for the expedited shipping service I paid for. In my opinion, this service deserves a one-star rating."
"Broke the radiators on my 911(it has 3). The car is sitting on a rented trailer, so everyday its not fixed is $$$. I bought the radiator kit Oct23rd and selected delivery by Oct 24th for $200.
When I check the tracking numbers the 3 radiators, are getting shipped ground with a nov1 delivery date. I reach out to customer service chat. They promise to ship three rads next day air, and I can return the others.
The next day when i get shipping notice its 2rads and a tool I also ordered....
Back to service, who says they will ship the 3rd rad ASAP!. Mind you the only thing that showed up on the 24th was coolant. Not my tools, or other parts...
Oct 27th I receive.... other parts, tools, and... 1 radiator...
Turns out my second set of 2 rads got shipped ground again... WTF!! The tool that miss-reordered came nextday air...
Add insult to injury their custom service hours on their website are wrong! If you call them its 9am-4pm est mon-thur and 9am-2pm! Est on friday!
now the earliest I can get parts is Oct31st... or I can wait to nov 1st.

"I have been buying parts from FCP Euro for many years. I had never had any issues with FCP Euro until the company switched the shipping to UPS. UPS committed to deliver the package on June 23, 2023, but they never delivered the package as promised. I received an email from UPS confirming to refund of the shipping charges with a condition to pay the customs charges.
Before paying the customs charges, I requested the UPS to furnish the customs charges, which they never provided me. Later, I discovered that UPS had charged me customs on a much higher amount than the purchase invoice issued by the FCP Euro. For another delivery, UPS charged me extremely high customs charges without my authorization. The charges were illegal, and UPS confirmed to refund the charges, but they have never refunded the illegal charges to date. I filed a complaint with the manager of UPS for a refund of shipping charges and the illegal customs charges.
It is scary to discover that UPS does not have a supervisor/manager. Everything is handled by the answering service in the Philippines. There is no one to hear your complaint. UPS customer service practices are illegal and unlawful because they make false commitments and blackmail consumers into paying high illegal customs charges by benefiting their supplier (FCP Euro) with a lower shipping cost.
I had a conversation with the FCP Euro manager. I told him clearly that I would never buy parts from FCP Euro as long as they use UPS as their shipper. If you live outside of the USA, please check the amount of your customs charges and protect yourself from the illegal practices of UPS.

This is my second attempt to purchase these parts! As the last order I purchased, I NEVER Received.
It was not delivered to me, regardless of what your system says. And because your company did not provide a tracking number, I had no way to track that package.
For this second order, I do not accept that your tracking system is accurate when it says that this second order is due for delivery on June 27, as I paid for 1 Day Shipping. If it is already out of your hands and with the carrier, It should have already arrived.
At this point, my trust and faith in your business IS GONE! And once this transaction is complete to my satisfaction, I will NEVER do business with you again! I will expect an immediate response to my valid requests by the end of the day PST on June 16th, 2023.
Otherwise, I will be taking the following action;
I will be reporting your business to the better Business Bureau. Furthermore, I will make sure to slander your business name when I attend BMW rallies and car shows. I have spent good money (TWICE), and waited nearly two months for these parts, I am unable to finish my project without them, and I have already missed two events this summer waiting for these parts."

I am so sorry for any frustration caused. Upon referencing the checkout details, there are numerous items in this order that had extended lead times. The shipping estimation given at checkout was 6/26 and you opted for 1-day delivery, so that would have this guaranteed by 6/27.

Apologies are worthless if one (or a company) do not make good on the correction. FCP Euro has twice taken money from me, and not delivered those parts in good faith. They have promised that the second order would arrive by a date (6/27/2023) and that date has come and gone with out that delivery. That is simply theft of my money! "Quality & Service, Guaranteed for Life", that must be a joke!
Honesty and Integrity equal loyalty. FCP Euro have neither Honesty, nor Integrity, and nobody should trust their customer service. Do NOT do business with them, you risk losing money and time.
