"FCP Euro is unrivaled in the size of their inventory. I know they'll have what I'm looking for. Their prices are among the cheapest, right on par with the toughest competitors. Their customer service policies, parts warranties, and satisfaction guarantees make them a very attractive parts supplier to do business with. Based on my personal experience their speed of shipping is one area where improvement could be made. This is partly due to my geographic location, and perhaps partly due to their contracted shipping carrier. Either way it's a factor that affects the customer's experience. I made two orders at the same time. One from FCP Euro, another from a competitor who had a lower price on an expensive item. The competitor's shipment arrived in 2 days via free shipping. FCP's shipment took 6 business days plus a weekend to arrive. Pretty long time to wait when you have your car torn apart. I'll gladly do business with FCP in the future, but the shipping speed will be a factor I'll take into account."
