I am very sorry for the trouble you had with your order. Your order was flagged at our end as the bill and shipping address on your order did not match what was on the credit card used. On May 29th we did send an email to you stating that we needed to speak with you in regards to the billing address not matching the shipping address on the credit card.
This is actually for protection for our customers in case someone is trying to use a credit card that isn't theirs.
