"If the point of selling parts online is to get the consumer the correct part, they’re doing a bad job. Won’t specify right or left and even though it looks the same, you’ll spend $12 and three hours of your time getting it to work before you realize the one picture they have is reverse of yours. Annoying not strong enough a word.
Also tried to cancel an order about 30 minutes after I placed it, but they let it wait a day until after it shipped before saying it was too late. "
"I ordered a set of new floor matts...I know, very boring but you want to keep your wheels nice, right? They come in three colors only I am told: Black, Tan, and Grey. I thought mine were Grey...they are in fact black. No problem, they sent me the return label and it was done and the refund completed. In any event, FCP is the place I will get all my stuff.
