"Over all I’ve always been happy with FCP Euro, they have a great warranty on anything you ever buy. I’ve always had great help from their customer service department too. My only suggestion is that they speed up their order processing speed. I’ve been a bit underwhelmed... typically they take 2 days to process (even when I order at 7 am or the night before they open on day 1). So it’s often day 3 when the order is traveling with the courier."

"I submitted and order and I was told this order was shipped in full. However the order was not shipped in full and the follow up to this order was not communicated until 6 weeks later. Now understanding this particular item in question had a lead time of 2 weeks I still waited over a month to hear that my order hasn't shipped from customer service along with they don't know when it will be shipped. FCP customer service Kyle Gemmel recent email states: Hello Quevon,

I have taken a look into this for you and the mats are being shipped from a separate facility. We should receive the tracking information on this part of the order later this evening. I apologize for any concern on this matter.

"Would have liked to see “pure black untouched rubber matts”, but somehow rubber matts appeared with white smuge marking and bit dusty even when unused, brand new and sealed in a plastic bag.
