"The white lilies were gorgeous; the yellow roses were tall and true. That should have earned a perfect rating except for the fact that the orange floral accent was missing. While I understood that the florist would make a substitution if he/she did not have everything on hand, the arrangement as delivered was disappointing, Without the orange floral accent, the yellow and white arrangement was beautiful but bland. I would have been satisfied with anything orange substituted."
