"I just called customer care for making balance transfer , I tried twice but both resulted to wait more than 15 min. Worst service attenders never experienced . I am just amazed how long I need to wait on call in suppose on emergency like card theft etc... May be before they block all amount can be swipped off .

"I have attempted to order the same dress several times and every time they NEVER SENT THE PRODUCT. After 2 or three emails to customer service and at least a week I get an email saying “sorry product lost in mail” and saying they refunded my order. Even though they tack in a fee for tracking number and insurance there is no indication that they ever sent the item. Total scam. I’m reporting to the federal trade commission but they’re in Vietnam so possibly no real regulation of scams like this."
"I needed to cancel a few items before they were shipped, and have contacted customer service about it and they said they will get back to me once they confirm whether or not they can cancel. It takes too long to cancel via customer support and there isn't an option to cancel once you order. If you try calling them, you get a voice mail asking you to e-mail them instead, unless you know their extension number of course. Will not shop here again."

"I have used Fab for nearly 8 months, a fairly early adopter, and had bought 25+ things, with no problems. A couple of late items, but nothing to moan about.
I did recommend people to go to the site, even though recent sales were getting more and more tacky, and eventually recommended 10 people which earned me the title of "Fab Friend" and recieved £30.
"Great!" I thought, but as there was nothing I wanted the day I got it, I left it. The day after, I tried to log in, only to find that my account had been "deactivated", with no email or contact or anything. After enquiring and not hearing anything for a week, I decided to embarrass them on Twitter, in which case they were apologetic and said they would look into this.
I then recieved an email saying they thought I may have 'abused' their invite system. How? I am yet to receive a response. All of my friends that I invited live in Yorkshire, however, and all are at separate addresses, on different computers, to different emails.
Staggering. Poor show Fab. I will still be recommending you to people who are looking for something like you, I will recommend they STAY AWAY."

They have flat shipping for most stuff, which can be good or bad. I did receive my earrings quickly and with a lot of wasteful packaging. "
"Fab.com is a great source for unique items and they have a great customer service team (crackerjacks?). I ordered a custom made item from them, but when I had it show up at my door, it just didn't look similar enough to the picture online. I contacted them and their customer service rep was checking up on the situation everyday. She contacted the appropriate departments to see if there was a way to get a replacement without me even having to bring it up (I liked the product, just wasn't crazy about my unique one). Sadly there wasn't any replacement, but instead they offered me a refund/return or a credit to my fab account as consolation. Really stand-up team and a great assortment of items to choose from."
"Pre-ordered an item back in September which stated 5 weeks. The item still has not shipped nor is customer support responding to my inquiries. They also do not let you cancel your order online.
On a side note, they keep authorizing the charge on my credit card every couple days. I guess to ensure they will still get payment for a product they can not ship. "
"Fab is a pretty neat site, and I like how they have unique items and a wide variety. Their daily "themes" are nice as well and they definitely have more of an indie vibe to them. The one thing I didn't like was the differing shipping times from "shop" to "shop". I bought a t-shirt and two weeks later I bought a play mat. The play mat shipped before the shirt did. Overall, though, that's a minor complaint. Just be aware that it can take a while so if you're ordering for a gift and have a deadline, make sure you have plenty of time."
