"I tried to cancel my membership several months ago and they talked me into staying with a discount. Didn't tell me that the discount would expire nor would there be limitations on when I could cancel my membership after placing my next order. Well, this weekend I placed an order - to use up my credits - which I didn't really want anyway (forgot to skip the month) without a discount because it has expired - and then messaged them to cancel the membership. You have to talk to someone to cancel the membership. There is no button to pause or cancel. They told me they could cancel but would need to forfeit my order! I don't care if that is their policy... it's a lousy policy and I will not become a member again. Plus... their selection is absolutely horrible at this time. Very few choices... like less than 10 shirts to choose from. Where is all the cute summer clothes? I will not return. Will be canceling as soon as order ships! "

"I got on FabKids because of a sale they were advertising for kids snow boots. I didn't realize I was going to be paying $50/month for a membership. It took me a few months to figure it out and so I thought I'd just shop and use up my credits and cancel my membership. 1) Ya'll snuck a 1 year subscription to Vogue into my cart - not cool. 2) I couldn't cancel online, I had to call and ask someone to cancel it and they tried 3 times to convince me not to. It was time consuming and really irritating. I'm done with FabKids. AND THEN! I just clicked "submit review" and I get a pop up that says I selected the wrong rating? I just took it from two stars down to 1. Stop trying to tell me what I want to spend my money on and what my own opinion is. Gross"

"I received an email that I could purchase an outfit or shoes for free, so I immediately ordered shoes for my granddaughter for Easter. I then shipped them to her in San Diego. They arrived Friday and her mom loved them! Of course she hasn't seen them yet because they are an Easter gift, but I'm sure she will love them as well! I especially love that the soles of the sandals I purchased are foam, so will be very comfortable for her for walking! They are beautiful, and the straps are multi-colored, so I know that my granddaughter will absolutely LOVE them! "
