I walked into the front room last Sunday morning and Kai was trying Papas boots, she was not willing to take them off so I had to be creative and then I told her Nonna would get her and Hazelle matching boots ( just like Papa. The boots arrived fast and they are made durable and very nice looking. "

"I'm really upset to discover the false advertising on their page. They say all over "free returns & exchanges" but no where does it state 'for US citizens only'. To my shock and dismay, my shoes arrived (which the shoes themselves are lovely), but I needed to exchange one of my kids shoes for 1 size larger. What a nightmare it was trying to figure out how to do this! Their customer service reps are all from the Filipines and they don't know their own company policies! One rep told me to print the returns INSTRUCTIONS page and I could return my shoes for free that way, which didn't seem right to me. It states right on their returns page "at this time, we cannot provide return shipping labels from Canada." Gee, that would have been great to know before ordering! The rep told me the Order #, and RMA# she created would be enough for a return label. She told me to click the RMA link and it should generate a label. It never did. Further digging I discovered if you are from Canada you will need to PAY to have the shoes shipped back. Further to my discovery it states in the small print for exchanges "exchanges are not offered in Canada at this time".

So beware. If the shoes don't fit you will be paying more then expected for these "discount" shoes."
